Martha Becomes Our 100th Adoption of 2024

Martha was our 100th adoption of 2024 on Saturday 17th August. We wish her all the best in her new forever home.

Reaching 100 adoptions in just over seven months is a testament to the hard work of our volunteers, foster carers and the wonderful families across Northumberland and the North East who choose to adopt rather than shop.

Every single one of those 100 dogs came to us needing help — whether they were abandoned, neglected, surrendered due to a change in circumstances, or retired from racing. Every single one left us with a loving family and a bright future ahead.
